Homefield Support specializes in technical consulting services for your home. Tech is changing fast, and it's hard to keep up, especially when everyone uses confusing jargon at every turn. Some of our clients are moving into a new home and looking for help to get up and running. Others have been in their homes for some time, and need a hand getting different devices talking to each other. Whether it's helping with your computer, tackling a new device setup, fixing a WiFi glitch or managing a TV upgrade, we can help. Mobile Device Management

With years of experience, our staff has the expertise to set up new devices and manage existing ones. Whether it's connecting an iOS or Android device to your home network, making sure you've got all the right apps or configuring security controls, I can help you get running quickly.

Computer Management

It can be overwhelming to get a new computer up and running. Configuration is needed for your home network, file transfers, application installations and the right virus protections -- among other things! Existing machines often need optimization to keep running smoothly and integrate with other devices. We can help across iOS and Windows machines today!

Ranging from a Nest thermostat to home cameras to Ring doorbells to internet-connected TVs with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, or Apple TV to Google Home or Amazon Alexa devices, there are innumerable connected devices in our homes. WiFi is consistently inconsistent, and mesh routers now require our attention. While often great, it can also be overwhelming. I've seen it all -- let's talk about how to streamline all your devices today.

Since 2014, Kris has been helping us with our computers, smart TV, and our home network. He takes the time to ask us what we're looking to accomplish and explain what he's doing without using confusing tech terms. He's helped us stay connected to our friends and family by making sure we're ready to go with our devices at all times!

Kris has been a total lifesaver. Living abroad, I needed someone trustworthy and reliable to help my 83 year-old Mum with household jobs and tech issues. No task is too small or too big for Kris. He jumps in and sorts them all with an enthusiasm and dedication that is remarkable. He is kind, patient, and has a great sense of humour. Needless to say, my Mum adores him!
